What's covered under your warranty.

The use of our services may void your manufacturer's warranty or other third party repairer warranty. If you would like to avoid this, then please take your Device directly to the manufacturer or previous third party repairer.

The Warranty is linked to a specific device as identified by its unique IMEI or serial number and to a specific Customer as identified by the records on our system. It will cover the Customer for any re-occurrence of the original fault and for the part replaced / repaired only, however if additional faults arise, they will not be covered under the terms of this Warranty. The Warranty will not cover accidental damage, including liquid damage, nor will the cover extend should the Device change ownership.

All parts we supply come with a 1 year warranty. Should your device be diagnosed with any liquid damage at point of repair, any parts replaced will only have a 3 month warranty.

What is covered under my Thurrock Digital warranty?

Inherent defects with the parts installed will be covered under Thurrock Digital warranty from the day the Customer collects their Device.

What is not covered under my Thurrock Digital warranty?

Accidental and liquid damage will not be covered under Thurrock Digital warranty.

What to do if you experience a fault?

Please contact us and return to us with your device and one of our specialists will be able to assist you further. The Thurrock Digital warranty is void if the device is repaired by anyone else after us.
