We operate from a residential property and request that you contact us for a quote and to book in before visiting our premises.
The majority of services require for you to bring your device to us. In some circumstances, we may come to your premises to perform the service required. A £20 call out charge will be applied.
Back up your personal data
If you are able, we recommend backing up your personal data. This includes photos, videos, messages, etc. Data should not be affected during repairs or servicing but mishaps can happen. We have the knowledge and equipment to reduce the chance of electronic damage from things such as electrostatic discharge (ESD). We will not be liable for loss to data on your device.
25% battery charge or less
If you are able, drain your battery so it has 25% or less charge in it. If batteries are punctured they can be a fire hazard. We take extra care to prevent this from happening.
Passwords and passcodes
We are not being nosey, we just need to be able to test some basic functionality on your device before and after repair.
