Diagnostics - For iPads with unknown faults like no power, liquid damage or unclear faults, we offer a dedicated, standalone diagnostic service to pinpoint the issue. This diagnostic process is an individual service with its own fixed fee, which is payable to cover the time, expert testing, and bench work involved, regardless of whether you choose to proceed with the final repair or if it's deemed repairable. Once the fault is identified, we will provide you with a separate quote for the additional parts and labor required to fix it. Please note that due to the complex nature of iPad testing, the turnaround time for diagnostics alone is 5 working days.
