Will I Lose My Data? (Data Backup)

Data loss is highly unlikely for most repairs. However, we strongly recommend backing up your important data before handing over your device, as data management remains your responsibility.

Do You Come to Me?

Most repairs are performed at our premises by appointment only, and we kindly ask you to drop off and collect your device. We understand this isn't always convenient, so in certain cases, we can visit your location and offer a pick-up and return service for an additional fee.

Payments

Payment is due upon completion of the service via bank transfer, cash, or card. If pre-payment is required, we will inform you in advance. Our bank details are available here.

Warranty

While issues after repair are uncommon, please notify us immediately if you notice any problems.

  • We provide a 90-day parts-only warranty on parts we supply and install (excluding damages). Extended 1-year part-only warranty with membership.
  • For motherboard repairs and soldering work, a 60-day warranty applies.
