Where are you based?
We operate from a residential property (not a shop) in Stanford-le-Hope. You can find our address here.
Do you come to me?
Most work is done on our premises and you must drop off and collect your device. We understand this is not always feasible so in some situations we can work on your premises and we offer a pick-up and return service for an additional fee.
Will I loose my data?
For most work, data loss is highly unlikely, however we do recommend that you backup your important data before leaving your device with us.
Warranty
Problems after repair are uncommon however if you no notice something, noticy us as soon as possible. We offer a 60-day parts only warranty on parts we supply and fit (except where they have been damaged). Please see our Terms & Conditions for full details.
